Today I had someone tell me that my arms are looking toner. I am beside myself with excitement. Not even a week into the push phase but I can't wait to post my 90 day results. Almost half way there.
My second workout in the Push Phase of Chalean Extreme was really intense. I am still trying to figure out what weights make me fail between 6-8 reps. I went over on some muscles and under on others. This is a total science. I finally realized that I need to start charting what weight I use. I will have it down by next week!
